F1: A Race. A Spectacle.

That was our charge for the FORMULA 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023. The return of F1 to Las Vegas needed to hit notes that no other F1 had hit before. The continued success of Las Vegas as the world’s greatest sports destination depended on it.

But first, we needed the support of local government officials and the business community to even manifest a race on the Las Vegas Strip. We brought those interests together and galvanized their support through constant communication and work behind the scenes. We also developed and supported programs to engage the local community in the excitement of the event, including supporting public school STEM programs, food insecurity initiatives, and water conservation efforts related to race infrastructure.

From helping create the event narrative, to driving ticket sales, to crafting the messages to the community at large, to traffic updates for locals, and even the design of the now, world-famous Sphere – R&R was instrumental in all of it.
